Questions
How much will my costume cost?
It's not possible to provide a single price point for fursuits since each commission will have a unique design and requirements. I work on a quote basis: You provide me with the character design--or leave the design or portions of it up to me, as an "artistic liberty" option--and then I will provide a price bid for your project. Use the Contact form to start this process.
How long does it take to get a fursuit?
I maintain a queue of projects, so the turnaround time depends in part on how many other people have commissioned me; if you do choose to commission, I'll provide regular updates to you. It is not a fast process--creating a full fursuit requires several hundred hours of labor!
Don't you get hot wearing a fursuit?
Wearing a fully-enclosing costume definitely warms you up! I do my best to keep you as cool as possible by including ventilation in the head (typically via mouth, eyes, and hidden top openings) and leaving the body unlined (fake fur backing does allow some airflow) where possible. I also recommend wearing wicking undergarments, such as Under Armor gear made for motorcyclists, or a phase change (PCM) cooling vest if you're especially sensitive to the heat.
What different options are there for fursuit features?
Each commission is individually created based on your desires. Please feel free to inquire about any specific interests or usage needs for your project. I'll let you know if it's something which I cannot reasonably build or which would present practical issues.
As part of the commission process, I'll ask about your design preferences. Typical fursuit options to consider are things like eye style (typical forward-facing or a "follow you" perspective illusion), zipper placement, adjustable expressions (via magnetically-attached eyelids, tongue, etc.), and similar.
Can you make a Mickey Mouse? Can you make me this Pokemon? Can you clone this other person's fursuit?
I will only accept commissions to build characters to which you have the rights. Generally, this will be your own original character (e.g. a unique fursona). I can also help you come up with an original design for your costume if you're undecided on exactly what you want.

How do you clean fursuits?
After each use, the costume should be sprayed with an antibacterial disinfectant and air-dried using fans for circulation. Padding inserts (if present) should also be removed, sprayed, and allowed to air dry as separate pieces. Brush out the fur gently using a plastic-tined pet brush for best appearance.
Bodies, hand paws, and tails are generally washable in a washing machine on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Heads and feet are generally not fully washable and should be surface cleaned using a damp washcloth and a mild spray cleanser. Never put your costume or anything made with synthetic fur in a heated dryer; this can ruin the texture of the fur.
